Rights & restrictions

1. Members and registered wholesale partners must be legally eligible entities or individuals of at least 18 years of age.
2. Wholesale partners are granted special volume pricing, promotional terms, and expedited logistics support in accordance with active trade contracts.
3. Product availability, pricing, and bulk tiers are subject to change based on seasonal harvest and supplier adjustments.

Orders, Billing & Fulfillment

All wholesale orders are processed according to confirmed purchase orders. Standard payment terms apply as approved during wholesale application onboarding.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
